The 2027 Honda Prelude comes in one-seat configuration, so choosing seat covers is less about picking a trim and more about covering the right pieces. Honda lists four-person seating, leather-trimmed front sport seats with blue accent stitching, heated front seats and a 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback. Our full set has five pieces: two front covers, two headrest covers and one rear cover.
Where Do Seat Covers Go on the 2027 Honda Prelude's Four Seats?
Two front covers go on the front sport seats, two headrest covers go on the headrests, and the rear cover goes on the rear seatback and cushion. The Prelude seats four, while our product page lists the full set for five seats, so confirm with our team how the rear piece applies to your seating before you order.
2027 Honda Prelude Driver's Seat Cover: Heated Sport Seat With Blue Stitching
Honda lists leather-trimmed front sport seats with blue accent stitching, and both front seats are heated. A cover on the driver's seat therefore sits over blue stitching and has to let a heater work. Honda lists a 6-way manual adjustment for the driver's seat, so there are no power controls to work around. Move the seat through its full range once the cover is on. Heated seats still do their job through an added layer. Our perforated eco-leather is designed to keep any change small, and a test after fitting confirms it. For the heater question in more depth, our blog on whether seat covers are safe for heated seats is a good starting point.
2027 Honda Prelude Passenger Seat Cover: Heated Seat With 4-Way Manual Adjustment
Honda gives the front passenger's seat a 4-way manual adjustment, and the seat is heated too. Like the driver's seat, it is manual, so there are no power controls to work around. Run the seat through its movements once the cover is on, and confirm that the heater still warms the seat. Our list of mistakes to avoid when installing seat covers catches the usual slips, such as tightening one side before the other.
2027 Honda Prelude Headrest Covers: What to Confirm Before You Order
Our headrest covers go over the front headrests. Honda's list for the Prelude does not describe how the headrests are built, so we do not describe them either. Before you order, look at your own headrests and ask our team to confirm that the headrest covers suit them. Our guide on how to make car seat covers fit better helps if any piece sits loosely afterward.
2027 Honda Prelude Rear Seat Cover for the 60/40 Split Fold-Down Seatback
Honda lists a 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback, driver and passenger seatback pockets, and side airbags for the rear outboard passengers. Fold each side of the seatback once after installing, and check that the rear cover leaves the seatback pockets usable. Because the Prelude seats four and the rear cover is part of a five-seat set, this is the piece to discuss with our team. Our post on seat types and configurations for car seat covers is a useful guide to describing your seating when you ask.
Seat Belt and Reminder Checks After Fitting 2027 Honda Prelude Seat Covers
Honda lists a seat-belt reminder for all seating positions and a rear seat reminder. After fitting any cover, buckle each belt, confirm that the buckles are easy to reach, and make sure the cover does not sit over a belt slot. It is a two-minute test, and it belongs alongside the heater check. If a cover looks loose near a buckle, the fit adjustments mentioned under the headrest covers apply. Treat these as functional checks only. They do not show that a cover is approved for your car, so your owner's manual and airbag guidance still come first.
Best Seat Cover Colors for the 2027 Honda Prelude's Blue Stitching
The Prelude's blue stitching is a decorative detail Honda lists, so decide whether you want it hidden or echoed. Our team suggests Black & Blue to repeat the accent, or plain Black for a quieter look. Those are our styling ideas, not Honda's. We make covers in seven colors: Black, Black & Grey, Wine Red, Beige, Black & Red, Black & White and Black & Blue. Our roundup of top seat cover trends shows which pairings are popular, and our guide to choosing the right car seat color compares how shades wear and look.
Conclusion
Our full seat cover set costs $389, and the front-only set costs $279. Both include a 3-year warranty, and we hold a 4.9/5 rating from more than 100,000 orders. The seat covers are perforated eco-leather with a diamond-quilted center panel, and our page on why eco-leather is the best seat cover material sets out the reasoning. If you are weighing options, our guide to choosing a seat cover for your car is a useful companion, and our seat cover installation FAQs answer common fitting questions. Check your owner's manual for airbag guidance. The Prelude details above come from Honda's 2027 Prelude Feature Guide, and your window sticker has the final word.
