Seat Cover Solutions ships to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia for free. Alaska, Hawaii, and any United States territory or military controlled area cost $100.00 for shipping. This is a brand-new product, so all orders are pre-orders at this time. Expect them to be fulfilled by Mid-June.

Our company offers a one-year warranty on our seat covers to the original purchaser. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur within one year from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact our customer service department within the warranty period. Our customer service representative will guide the purchaser through the warranty claim process.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidents, or modifications made to the product.
If a defect is covered by this warranty, we will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide a refund.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, or the refund of the purchase price. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where the product was purchased.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within three days of shipment arrival. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

If you received free shipping on your order, we will take care of all return shipping charges. However, please note if you paid for shipping as seen in our Shipping Policy, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty on (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
